How much can I use for free?

Snap logging, Timeline, and Map (including map filters) are free forever. Premium unlocks Monthly Highlights, past Yearly Highlights, Oshi & Category Rankings, and Snapbook downloads.

What happens to my data if I switch phones?

You can carry your data over with a manual backup export/restore (via the share sheet). Automatic backup to Google Drive is also supported (iOS and Android).

If I cancel, will my records disappear?

No. Your existing snaps stay intact after cancelling, and you can keep viewing them with the free features. Only Premium-only features become unavailable.
