These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Zurari (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The App is a tool for recording and reviewing attendance at live events, stage performances, and similar activities. It is provided for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

2. Account and Usage

No account registration is required to use the App. Since data is stored on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device loss or factory reset. We recommend using the backup feature.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited: · Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App · Entering content that infringes on others' rights (copyright, portrait rights, etc.) · Using the App for purposes that violate laws or public order · Actions intended to overload servers or systems · Automated tools or bot-based operations

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright of user-entered data (snaps, photos, comments, etc.) belongs to the user. Intellectual property rights for the App's design, logo, code, and other elements belong to the developer.

5. Premium Features

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans. Pricing is shown on the App Store / Google Play listing. · Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. · Refunds are subject to App Store / Google Play policies. · Features may change with app updates.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding: · Completeness or permanence of data · Continued availability of the service · Fitness for a particular purpose We are not liable for damages resulting from data loss or service interruption.

7. Changes and Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App's features without prior notice. We will provide advance notice where reasonably possible before termination.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
